The dashboard at ivehadit.app/dashboard shows how many feeds were stopped, an estimate of the minutes you got back, your time on social against your daily budget, and the hours of the day you reach for a feed most. Minutes back is an estimate: 7 minutes for every feed you were stopped from opening, plus 3 minutes each time the scroll check made you stop.

How "minutes back" is estimated
I can't know what you would have done without the extension, so minutes back is an honest rough estimate, not a measurement. For each day:
- Count the stops. Every time a shut feed or a pause screen appeared, that's one. Another screen on the same site within 2 minutes doesn't count again.
- Take away the times you went in anyway. Each time you chose a window at the pause screen, used the 10-minute unlock, or took two more minutes at the scroll check, one stop is taken off. The result can't go below zero.
- Multiply by 7. Seven minutes is my rough average for an unplanned visit to a feed.
- Add 3 minutes for each time the scroll check asked "Found what you came for?" and you pressed "Yes, I'm done".
So a day with 10 pause screens, where you went in twice and stopped once at the scroll check, shows (10 - 2) × 7 + 3 = 59 minutes back. Quick passes don't count as stops, because the page opened.
How time on social is counted
Time is counted in 5-second steps while a page on a watched site is open, visible and the window is in focus. It is not counted while a pause screen is showing, on sites set to Untouched, or in messages when messages always open is on. That total is what your daily budget and each site's daily limit are measured against. See daily budget and limits.
The streak
A day is on target when your time on social is within your daily budget. The streak counts on-target days in a row, ending today. One day over resets it.
Reflex hours
Every pause screen, shut feed and quick pass counts as one reach, filed under the hour it happened. The reflex hours card adds up the last 7 days and shades each hour by how often you reached. It then names your peak hour. That hour is a good one to plan around, for example by keeping your phone in another room. The stop doomscrolling guide has more on using it.
The intent log
When you open a site through the intent gate, what you typed ("reply to Ana") and the chip you picked (learn, message, work, browse) are saved with the window you chose. The last eight show here. Reading them back is useful: if most say "browse", that site may want a stricter mode.
Changing your plan from the dashboard
Under Your sites, pick a mode for each site and set its daily limit. Under Tune it, set:
- Daily budget, 0 to 60 minutes
- Quick pass length, 15, 30, 60 or 90 seconds
- Doomscroll nudge after, 15, 25 or 40 screens
- No feeds before noon, on or off
Changes are saved to your account and reach every device on its next sync. See sync across devices.
The popup's numbers
The popup shows the same day's figures in short form: minutes back, minutes on social out of your budget, feeds stopped, and your streak.
Questions
How does I've had it calculate minutes saved?
It counts the feeds and pause screens you were stopped at, takes away the times you went in anyway, and multiplies by 7 minutes. It adds 3 minutes for each time you stopped at the scroll check. It's an estimate, and the dashboard says so.
Why is my dashboard empty or showing example data?
The extension isn't linked to your account yet. Open the dashboard while signed in, in the browser that has the extension, and it links itself and starts syncing.
Does the dashboard include time from all my computers?
Yes. Every linked browser sends its daily totals, and the dashboard adds them together.
What counts as a reach in reflex hours?
Each time a pause screen, a shut feed or a quick pass appeared. It shows when the urge hits, not how long you stayed.
