Delete your account
You can delete your I’ve had it account yourself, at any time, from the website or the phone app. It takes effect straight away.
On the website
Sign in, open your dashboard, scroll to the bottom and press Delete my account, then Delete everything.
In the phone app
Open the Devices tab, press Delete my account at the bottom, and confirm.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email hello@ivehadit.app from the address on your account and I’ll delete it within a week.
What gets deleted
Everything: your name, email address and password, your Google sign-in if you used one, your plan, every linked device, all the daily totals and reasons they synced, your paid unlocks and any year in review links you shared (they stop working). If you have a subscription or free trial, it’s cancelled at the same moment, so you won’t be charged again.
What I keep
Nothing in my own database. Stripe keeps its record of past payments, as the law requires for receipts and tax. The extension keeps what it stored on each computer until you remove it.
