MCP server

Tell your AI to shut Instagram.

Connect I’ve had it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client. Ask how much you scrolled this week, or have it tighten your plan the night before an exam. It’s one address:

https://ivehadit.app/mcp

Remote MCP · Streamable HTTP · OAuth sign-in · included with your account

Things you can ask

What it can do

Your numbers

Minutes on each site, feeds stopped, minutes back, quick passes, scroll checks and the reasons you typed, day by day, across every device.

Your plan

Read and change each site's mode, your daily budget and no feeds before noon. Changes reach each browser on its next sync.

Your devices

Which browsers and phones are linked, and when each last synced.

The guides

Every guide on this site, searchable, so answers about Reels, Shorts or For You come from the source.

It never sees the pages you visit, never touches payments, and can’t delete anything. You allow it once, on this site, and can remove it any time.

Questions

What is the I've had it MCP server?

A remote MCP server at https://ivehadit.app/mcp. It lets an AI assistant read your I've had it numbers, change your plan when you ask, and search the guides. It uses OAuth, so you log in here and choose to allow it; the assistant never sees your password.

Can the assistant see the pages I visit?

No. Page addresses never leave your devices, so they aren't on your account for anyone to read. The assistant sees the same daily totals your dashboard shows.

How fast does a change reach my browser?

Each browser syncs every 15 minutes, or straight away when you press Sync now in the extension's popup.

How do I disconnect it?

Remove the connector in the assistant's settings. That stops it using your account.

Does it cost extra?

No. It comes with your account. The extension itself is free for 10 days, then $2.99 a week.
